The Last Week of Term

oh no the last week and we were in trouble the essay and animatics were due but we managed to pull together a very rough animatic which went down well, and for me at least i've managed to complete my essay and presentations.

this week i have been blocking out the characters and environments.

A slow week

this week i have been trying to get my essays and presentations finished so work for the project has been slow. we have managed to finalise the story which im very pleased with, the story now feels as if it all ties in together there are no loose ends and i feel the story is a lot more finalised.

the main task for the group now is to do a new animatic to reflect the story and finish our essays on time.

Nearing the End of Term ONE!!!!

ok so we only have 2 weeks left really as the last week is hand in, i'm finding it quite hard to get everything done this week as i still have no internet at home and have two essays to hand in aswell as two presentations for the essays that i don't really understand as we have alot of work to get done and the presentation seems unnesasary.

Apart from this we have finally manage to get the style worked out for the film.

we have found a new way to do our animatic when watching the animatic for Pirates of the Carribean so we have alot to get done.

This week

I am still without internet this week but hopefully it will change soon as i have just changed to a new provider, work wise i have been working on colour concept and blocking out the environment, i have scanned in some more of my concept so enjoy

Animatic nature of death

This week i have been working on the animatic and storyboarding, i have been mostly adding colour along with Rachel to give the animatic a first draft so we can look at the animatic and see what needs work. i have added sound to the animatic so we can start to think about sound effects and what music will work.

what i've been up to this week

This week has been quite hard as my internet at home has been off now for two weeks making researching very hard i have managed to start the block out for the environment and helped james with the end of the thumbnails, today the group hope to start work on the animatic and final story boarding. I am hoping to get the final timetables done for the group and i have alrady collated a document listing the names of everyone working on the project do i can organise what they are working on and when.

Here are some examples of what i am working on at the moment, the first image is of Bob is a ghost Grim meets very early on i imagined him as a world war 1 soldier. the second image is a floor plan of the retirement home so we can begin to plan where grim will move and camera shots. i am currently working on several roles for the group so i have been jumping from project to project anyway here is some work.....
